Why work with me?
I help growth-stage B2B SaaS companies stop losing SMB and mid-market customers to poor product adoption. Most companies at this stage have invested heavily in enterprise customer success motions with dedicated 1:1 support, but their SMB and mid-market segments (representing 50-70% of ARR) run on disjointed and often outdated self-service experiences that frustrate customers and lead to churn.
I’ve spent a decade in product and GTM teams at scaling B2B SaaS companies across North America and Europe and specialize in building the systems that fix these issues.
I focus on:
Identifying and fixing product adoption failures that drive SMB and mid-market churn before they compound
Building automated expansion motions and low-touch systems that free CSMs to focus on enterprise accounts
Aligning Product, CS, Marketing, and Support around early churn signals — so retention becomes proactive, not reactive
Designing onboarding and in-product experiences that drive activation and value realization without CSM involvement
Developing customer advisory, research, and marketing programs that deepen engagement at scale
Delivering measurable improvement in NRR and expansion revenue
Education:
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and a Master of Science degree in Project Management, providing me with a strong foundation in both strategic communication and structured technical implementation.
Outside of work:
I'm a passionate home cook, hiker, Chicago sports fan (even when it hurts), and proud dog mom to three rescue pups who frequently pop into my Zoom calls.
I’m also heavily involved in the San Antonio start up community. I’m a volunteer youth mentor and Advisory Council Member with VentureLab and a member of the Women Founder’s Network.
How I’m different
I’ve worked in product, marketing and sales teams - giving me credibility advantages when working cross-functionally
I can bridge technical and non-technical teams. I have proven success translating customer success needs into technical product requirements for engineers and UX designers
I bring full-funnel marketing capability. I've executed across web, email, in-product, sales enablement, and customer marketing - so I can build the programs, not just recommend them.
I've built scaled product adoption programs from scratch before. My approach is battle-tested - meaning no learning curve, no guessing games.
I’m tool-agnostic. Whether you’re using Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, or something custom, I ramp quickly and work within your existing stack.
Scaled doesn’t mean silent. I’m not afraid to talk with customers. I enjoy speaking with users and getting qualitative evidence along with quantitative data to ensure the most effective strategy and tactics
