I help growth-stage B2B SaaS companies stop losing SMB and mid-market customers to poor product adoption. Most companies at this stage have invested heavily in enterprise customer success motions with dedicated 1:1 support, but their SMB and mid-market segments (representing 50-70% of ARR) run on disjointed and often outdated self-service experiences that frustrate customers and lead to churn.

I’ve spent a decade in product and GTM teams at scaling B2B SaaS companies across North America and Europe and specialize in building the systems that fix these issues.

Education:

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and a Master of Science degree in Project Management, providing me with a strong foundation in both strategic communication and structured technical implementation.

Outside of work:

I'm a passionate home cook, hiker, Chicago sports fan (even when it hurts), and proud dog mom to three rescue pups who frequently pop into my Zoom calls.

I’m also heavily involved in the San Antonio start up community. I’m a volunteer youth mentor and Advisory Council Member with VentureLab and a member of the Women Founder’s Network.
